NCS-IMMO at a glance
NCS-IMMO maps property management onto SAP Business One. The master data is layered: a property contains buildings, and a building contains units. On top sits the management contract, defining for whom and at what fee the property is managed.
What is this for?
- Property – the estate with address, client and fiduciary account.
- Building – the individual structures of an estate.
- Unit – flats, commercial space or parking spaces with area and co-ownership share.
- Management – the management contract including the fee.
How to set it up
- Start with the property – it is the bracket around everything else.
- Create the buildings below it and the units per building.
- Finally record the management contract with its term and fee.
